Final arrangements for 2019 Nationals!

Hi All
A few final reminders for arrangements for the Nationals at Harwich Town:
Boat parking/camping location is at CO12 3NU, Harbour Crescent. Access to the green is between the cones just past the "Cafe on the Green". This post code will avoid towing your boat through the medieval streets of Harwich Old Town up by the club.
We plan to open Registration on Thursday evening (around 6 - 8pm) as well as Friday morning - both in the clubhouse.
Evening meals MUST be booked in advance as the caterers are not psychic. So if you are planning to join us for the Friday evening meal - or have an additional guest for the Saturday dinner that you have not told me about - please let me know in advance. Preferably by email or at registration on Thursday evening. Payment by bank transfer is also preferred to minimise the amount of cash that needs to be managed at the weekend.
The galley will be open Fri, Sat, Sun for breakfast, lunch etc so do let them have your custom!
And finally - on Sunday - there is a "Seaside Extravaganza" event at Dovercourt Beach from 10am to 6pm - with live music, stalls, entertainment etc for any of your guests who are bored of watching the sailing by then.
