Draycote TT

Post by Erling »

We have two and a half boat coming and this is my best chance of beating Paul as he has damaged one of his arms so will have to sail doing everything one handed.

He's won races at Shanklin steering the connecting bar with his bare feet.

Elbows are largely superfluous.

And we look forward to welcoming you all at Draycote on Saturday!

Please look at the events page for the NOR, SI's and also the clean boat declaration that you will be asked to sign at registration.

If you haven't been to Draycote before, please also look at the DWSC website open meeting page where there is a video clip with guidance for visitors, particularly with regard with where to leave your boat and where to park. In any case it will be signposted on the day.

This year we are eschewing the normal prize-giving; instead there is a free drink at the bar for all competitors after the racing. Please collect your free drink token at registration in the morning. During this largesse, we will endeavour to get the results out and announced as soon as possible (assuming Sailwave behaves itself!). Hopefully this will enable those who have travelled long distances to be on their way without too much delay.

So what part of his body did Paul steer with?

Excellent attendance.

Sailwave can't cope with our overall time tie-break apparently.

Ed TD should be on 9 points and I should be on 11.
Philip Hunt should be 25th.

Apologies for the beer stains. The results spent a while in the bar before I stole them.

Yes, It takes a bit of manual intervention on the ties to get the Sailwave results to be correct but it can be done. Hopefully one of the Draycote guys can sent us the softcopy of the results sheet you scanned. Who is doing the report?
