NSSC TT Update - 23rd Sept

Post by Mike Godwin »

Hi to you all.
Just a reminder if you needed one, to join us at NSSC on the South Coast Saturday 23rd September. To entice you, we have organised for a small beer festival from Harveys, a local brewery where real ales will be available Fri/Sat/Sun. Competitors staying over Saturday night can join us in our Club racing Sunday morning. If that is not enough, all non NSSC competitors who attend the TT will be given a free camping voucher to join us during our 2018 Sailing week (dates to be advised) This means you can spend a week camping & sailing, at almost no cost (just food/drinks), with plenty of local attractions for all the family, Brighton and Eastbourne are just a short bus/train journey away.
All details are now on our website. http://www.nssc.org.uk

OK people - no time to rest up, on to the next TT at Newhaven and Seaford. Please see info from Mike above and the NOR is on our events page.

Free onsite camping and a beer festival in our honour is a pretty good incentive. Four back to back races should be good too.

See you there!

Huge thanks to all the travellers who made the day what it was at the NSSC, we all really enjoyed the sailing experience against so many other Sprint15. Based on the results, we still have some way to go but we will continue to enjoy, sail and improve. I will certainly be pushing for us to make the effort to travel to an event in 2018. Appreciate the support from Jennie and Chris, the fact they both received prizes, I can assure you all was down to their excellent sailing abilities and nothing to do with us wanting to host another event in 2018!
