Was probably doing it upside down after a few beers anyhow! Does it actually matter, so long a...

Re: Tensioning the trampoline.

I tighten from left to right. Wet the tramp thoroughly first and it's tight when the plastic D Rings are pointing down!

Re: North Devon Yachting and Cycling

Drinking is like any other sport Charles that you need to train & practice at!

Other than that you need to retire - as do I!

See you on the water soon.

Re: Carsington early bird entry fees close tomorrow - 18 Sep

Well done Jason.

I sat this one out to sail the GWSC championship event and was hoping for F5+.. I managed to win one of the 3 races when the wind picked up albeit temporarily.

Sounds like I missed a good event & hopefully more F5 @ Grafham in October.

Re: Carsington TT 21st 22nd Sep - Entries Open

I'll be a no show due to the date clashing with GWSC Club Championships.

Hope you all have a good event and see those of you who are coming to Grafham in October.

Re: Bent Mast

Probably all you can realistically do Derek is put it between 2 points as the vid' shows and over bend it so it then returns to staight(ish).

Unless it's got a crack in the hound fitting weld which I've seen before. George Carter used to put so much downhaul on he broke them there!

Re: Dolphins

Many moons ago we were sailing at a TT Event at Swanage and a pod of Dolphins where cruising around us as we were racing. On the downwind leg one swam directly between my hulls moving me forward in a surge of speed and passing Erling Holmberg. I still remember the complaints from Erling that I had ...
