Re: Newsprint Autumn 2012 and Membership Subs

Thank you for the magazine. Further to the previous comment about a digital option, I much prefer the paper one but am happy to help save the world and costs if necessary in the future.

Re: Newsprint Autumn 2012 and Membership Subs

Very much looking to receive it. In this modern digital age, have we considered an electronic format to save cost, trees etc.

I certainly wouldn't mind. Sean

Whilst he is convinced having a yellow boat (mouldy and about 50 years old) is a good idea.
, I was less certain!

Crewing for Paul this weekend I found out it took him 8 hours to sail to the event! No car and trailer option here. Only sail and will power!

Re: Adjustable tiller extension

Thank you Bob for the explanation. However, maybe you can clarify the length situation?

In the rules I can only find reference to a maximum length of 2.44m, nothing else at all. On the Windsport website the std one is listed as 1605mm and the "SP15 race" as 1870mm.

Thanks in advance, Sean

Adjustable tiller extension

I am looking to do the Sport Nationals next year (as it is nice and local) but am wondering why we cannot have an adjustable tiller extension????? Surely an adjustable one is of no performance benefit (heavier) and it appears to me that at £62.47 for an adjustable one and £41.26 plus £43.91 (short a...

Re: Any Sprint 15's for sale

Hi Neil, I have the original cocktail sail plus the newer coloured one. The newer one was like new when I bought the boat last year and has probably had 35 outings. I recently got the tack upgraded with a slider. Call me if you would like to discuss. Sean

Re: Any Sprint 15's for sale

Hi Neil, If it sells I will buy another. If not I will keep it. Thank you for the suggestion about open events but lots of little girls make it slightly difficult. Planning on doing both the nationals though next year so hope to see you there. Sean
