Well the way I see it, with the new construction methods that have been adopted, no cocktail cabinets, the new beam, foam filled rudders, stiffer hulls, the only true option would be is to have an all up minimum sailing weight!

Hi Liam I'm not sure what mine weighs I may be able to access a calibrated load cell perhaps :D I could do this leave that with me I'll see if I can sort this.

Going on with this subject as far as I am aware there is not a minimum weight for this class! To get some parity here surely a minimum weight should be applied to the class but I think this should be an all up sailing weight of the boat including everything to sail the boat! If that's the case put cocktail cabinets in the new boats and make them heavy enough to bring the boats up to weight. But the problem I see is that if you do that if there is a minimum weight I should be able to make modifications such as removing the cabinets to get somewhere nearer to the weight o...

Hi one question I brought up at the nationals re correctors etc, if my boat is over the minimum weight can I take out the cocktail cabinets?
